The Swiss hotel industry was hit particularly hard by the coronavirus pandemic. This is why HotellerieSuisse always closely followed the federal government’s press conferences. Then time was of the essence. Express orders for translating protection concepts and information for members were often received after office hours, which meant our linguists had to work at the weekend or even do night shifts. As the interplay between our project management team and the external language professionals worked flawlessly, we were able to forward the translations to the people responsible at the right time and with the accustomed quality.

As a central hub with around 3,000 connected establishments, HotellerieSuisse requires a wide range of translations. To ensure that the texts in Italian- and French-speaking Switzerland meet the ears of the local hoteliers, we only use native-speaking translation professionals who are rooted in their language region and understand the local culture.
