Acquisition of allingua

Apostroph acquires language service provider allingua Übersetzungen AG in Zurich.

allingua Übersetzungen AG in Zurich is to be integrated into Apostroph Group with retroactive effect from 18 December 2013. This is the third company acquisition within a year, following that of TraDoc SA in Lutry (Lausanne) and Rolf Lüthi Übersetzungen AG in Bern.

Through the merger, all companies will benefit from the joint use of existing infrastructures and technologies. Apostroph’s clients will benefit in particular from the Group’s greater regional presence in Switzerland and from an even larger network and increased translation expertise within Apostroph Group.
