Acquisition of Rolf Lüthi

Apostroph acquires the Bern-based translation company Rolf Lüthi Übersetzungen AG.

Rolf Lüthi Übersetzungen AG will be integrated into Apostroph Group with retroactive effect from 1 July 2013. This is the second company acquisition this year following that of TraDoc S.A. in Lutry (Lausanne).

As a result of the merger, both companies will benefit from the joint use of existing infrastructures and technologies. Apostroph’s clients will benefit in particular from the Group’s greater regional presence in Switzerland and from an even larger network and increased translation expertise within Apostroph Group.
