GlobalLink is TransPerfect’s central technology platform for managing and automating global content and translation processes. It combines translation management, AI and machine translation, workflows, translation memories, terminology, integrations and solutions for websites, apps, software and multimedia in a single ecosystem. Companies can use it to manage their international content centrally, connect existing systems and combine AI, automation and human language skills as required.

GlobalLink is more than a traditional translation management system. Yes. GlobalLink is designed to integrate into existing system landscapes. Pre-configured integrations are available for numerous common CMS, PIM, DAM, ERP, e-commerce and marketing systems. These include, for example, Adobe, WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, Sitecore, SAP, Salesforce, Shopify and Akeneo. API-based and individually configured connections are also possible.

As a rule, yes. Translation memories and terminology resources are key components of GlobalLink workflows and can be factored in when setting up a solution, or migrated and managed centrally. This makes it possible to reuse content that has already been translated, apply approved technical terms consistently and continue to use existing language resources. The specific implementation depends on the available formats and your current setup, and will be checked as part of the technical analysis.

GlobalLink takes a model-agnostic approach. Companies are therefore not limited to a single AI or machine translation system. The platform allows users to integrate their own models, third-party solutions and TransPerfect’s proprietary models, such as TowerLLM and TowerZen, and to use them depending on the content, language, quality requirements and use case. This means that the appropriate model can be selected or activated automatically for different types of content.

Yes. It is precisely this combination that is central to the GlobalLink approach. AI or machine translation can serve as a starting point and can then be checked and revised by language professionals, internal reviewers or other stakeholders, depending on the quality requirements. With GlobalLink Translate & Review, translation memories, terminology, quality checks and in-context previews are available directly in the review process.

Yes. GlobalLink Web is specifically designed for the localisation and management of multilingual websites. Depending on the technical situation, the solution can be directly linked to existing content systems, for example, or deployed without in-depth back-end integration. In addition to AI, human and hybrid translation workflows, GlobalLink Web also supports aspects such as in-context review and multilingual SEO.

Yes. With GlobalLink Strings, the platform offers a solution specifically tailored to apps, software and other string-based digital products. Translation content can be continuously integrated into development and release processes, checked in context, and combined with AI and human workflows. This makes the solution particularly suitable for companies with regular software updates and short release cycles.
