Conditions of participation

By taking part you accept the following conditions.

All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is allowed. Taking part in the competition is free of charge and free from any obligation to make a purchase.

General

Participation in the competition is independent of a paid order. The judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into about the prize draw. The competition will run until the date published. The winners will be notified in writing. Prizes will not be paid out in cash.

Prize draw and awarding of prizes

The draw will take place at the headquarters of Apostroph Group in Lucerne and will not be open to the public. The winners will be notified personally. Prizes will be delivered free of charge within Switzerland. If the delivery of a prize causes consequential costs, these costs shall be borne by the winner. Any taxation of the prize is the responsibility of the winner. Winners are not entitled to request a cash payment of the prize or ask for a substitute prize. Prizes are not transferable or saleable. Apostroph Group shall not be liable for defects of title or quality of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition and the determining of the prizes. The judges’ decision is final. Swiss law applies exclusively.
