
Your main tasks:
- Dealing with accounts receivable (invoicing, dunning)
- Entering collective documents (payroll accounting)
- Management and accounting of cash
- Deputising accounts payable (account assignment, posting invoices and carrying out payment runs)
- Assistance with APOS/Sage interface tests
- Deputising for the Head of Accounts
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in commerce (accounting clerk is an advantage)
- You have practical experience in accounting
- You have a good command of German (written and spoken), English and French are an advantage
- Ideally, you already have experience with the Sage/Lucanet accounting program
- You have excellent PC skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- You are flexible, have a high quality awareness and a precise and efficient way of working
- You work well under pressure and are conscientious
